We do not encourage students to write the tests in A4 sheets for below reasons

  • They do not follow the margin and sometimes the page limit
  • They do not write questions on the sheet making it difficult to evaluate
  • There is no space for comments, marking, totaling and giving any directions to the candidates.
  • Sometimes , because there is no form or space, there is no mention of name, roll number and TEST ID also in A4 sheets submitted by students.
  • This causes unnecessary delay in checking and tracking, and is a nightmare for us.

Candidates want to write in A4 sheets because

  • It is expensive to take print outs everytime.

We recommend that

  • You write tests in MGP Booklets only as far as possible by taking print outs.
  • In case taking prints out by visiting the print out shop is a burden for you , you can download a generic booklet and take 12 or 16 prints in bulk at cheaper rates.
