Why does ForumIAS not provide email support to existing students?
We have introduced the ticketing system with the purpose of
- streamlining our communication with students
- keeping the entire support team in loop with commitment made in written form
- track and improve our student interaction experience
But most importantly, we require you to raise a ticket because a lot of issues can be solved over written communication. Secondly, a mentor may not be able to give an answer to your query immediately. In such a case, it is better when we apply our minds to your problem statement before guiding you.
About Mentor Calls Backs:
You can now request for a mentor callback only by raising a ticket. This helps us know your exact issues before we have a telephonic conversation. This helps us help you better.
