To receive mentor support, you can raise a ticket with us via our portal. Here is what you need to do.

Step 1: Log in to your ForumIAS Academy / ForumIAS One Account.

Step 2: Visit “My Tickets” from the menu.

Step 3: Specifically select Department 3 – “Mentor Callback” in order to avail mentor support.

Once you have raised a ticket, you will get an email confirmation (on your registered email address) along with a Ticket ID. Thereafter, a mentor will connect with you via the same ticket.
