Dear student, you can change your mailing preferences by following the
steps are given below:
Step 1. Login to your registered account at one.forumias.com
Step 2. Click on Email Notifications or visit
https://one.forumias.com/subscribe

Step 3. Unselect “Send me regular updates from ForumIAS”

By doing so you will be successfully unsubscribed from our mailing list and
will receive a confirmation on your mail.
If you want to re-subscribe to our mailing list, you can repeat the same
steps and checkmark “Send me regular updates from ForumIAS”
