Personalized mentorship is one of the most valuable resources for aspirants preparing for the Civil Services Examination. ForumIAS Academy ensures that even online students can benefit from one‑on‑one guidance through a structured ticketing system.
Note: 1:1 Mentorship is exclusively available to students enrolled in the Mains Guidance Program (MGP).
Log in to Your Account:
Begin by visiting academy.forumias.com and logging in with your ForumIAS credentials ( How to Log in to Your Account ). Once logged in, navigate to My Courses → Services → My Tickets. Alternatively, you can directly access the ticketing portal at academy.forumias.com/mytickets.


Create a Mentorship Ticket:
On the ticketing page, select the Mentorship Department. Provide a clear title summarizing your request and write a detailed description of your query. Be sure to include:
- Your MGP Batch and Test Code/Copy Id
- Whether you require a Mentor Callback ASAP or prefer to schedule a tentative date and time
- Your preferred mode of communication: Online, Phone Call, Email Reply, or Meeting at the New Delhi Test Center
- A precise question or issue for which you seek guidance
Note: Mentors are available daily from 10 AM to 7 PM at the Offline Center.

Once submitted, the system will generate a ticket and send you an email confirmation containing a unique Ticket ID. This ID should be quoted in all future correspondence to ensure smooth communication and faster resolution.
Escalation if Needed:
If your concern is not addressed through the ticketing system, you may escalate the matter by writing to helpdesk@forumias.academy, clearly mentioning your Ticket ID. This allows the support team to track your case efficiently and provide timely assistance.
