1.) Log in to https://academy.forumias.com/ with your registered phone number/Email id.

2.) Click on “My Course” button at the top of your screen.

3.) You can see your Mains Test Series in which you’re enrolled “MGP 2021 | Cohort 3 | 20th September”

4.) Click on”Request generic QCA Booklet” button.

5.) Fill the form on the next page:

• Name
• Phone Number
• Address
• City
• State
• Pincode
• Additional Note

6.) Click on Submit buttonn

7.) Helpdesk team will receive your request and get back to you on mail.
